Who We Are

Assessment Recovery is a collection agency specializing in recovering condominium and homeowner association assessments.

Assessment Recovery began life as HOA Receivables Management. Owner Darron Hay was the secretary of his condominium association, in which a third of the community simply chose not to pay their assessments. At the time, there were no other collection agencies specializing in the recovery of assessments. Assessment Recovery was formed in January 2009 to solve this unique issue.
